Zook's Dutch Kitchen is located in the Willamette Valley of Oregon in an old renovated farmhouse kitchen operated by entrepreneur Loila Zook. The "Dutch" heritage is two-fold: our traditional Mennonite grandparents were mistakenly called "Pennsylvania Dutch" when they arrived in the New World, and the family tree includes some Dutch European history.
